Greetings Potential Participant Partner!
I am Michelle, the Director of BEC Employment Network | BECEN. I am a certified Work Incentives Advisement Practitioner through Cornell University’s Institute on Employment and Disability. I am a Certified Transitional, Wellness, Leadership and Performance Life Coach. My intention is the help you succeed and achieve your goals. What will it take for you to do that? Only you can answer that. Together we will explore and identify the steps you will take to become self-sustaining, and financially independent. This is your journey and I’m here to provide long-term support, coaching, and hold you accountable.

I had a long-term career with the NYC Department of Social Services before I went to the NYC Adult Protective Services. My health took a turn and I found myself on SSDI benefits. I was devastated.
My life had taken a downward turn and I did not like it. To keep my sanity I read, created, and envisioned. I knew that I wanted to do more with myself so I studied, got certifications so that I could reclaim my financial independence.
My encouragement to you is that, if you want to transform your situation don’t let anyone stand in your way, not even yourself!

What I Desire Most
My desire is that participants are encouraged, empowered and able to discover their inner resilience. When they experience their Ah-ha moment it means the world to me. When they share their experience with others it opens the door of opportunity for me to do what I love . . .connect and serve.
